2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Payment methods available on our website are secure and encrypted.

  • You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp after placing your order.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries are made across Dubai and nearby areas.

  • Estimated delivery times: 1–2 business days.

  • Free delivery is offered for orders above AED 150.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Product Safety & Quality

  • Our chocolates and dates are prepared under strict hygiene and quality standards.

  • Opened or consumed items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Any defective or damaged products must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Kasco Premium.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

  • Kasco Premium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
